Baked-new frontiers in baking
I have made a couple of things in this book and this is one of my favorites-
This book is written by two guys who own a bakery in Brooklyn. They are famous for their brownie recipe - which is next on my "to bake" list. It is also on my places I must visit when I am in NYC next.
