In case you didn't know I am a huge Hale Center Theater fan. I think they do such an amazing job with their productions. I was so happy to spend "an evening at the Theater" with my friends Katie and Brenda. I think, could be totally wrong here, that this play is based on the movies Shop around the Corner, In The Good Old Summmertime and mixed up somewhere in there would be You've Got Mail.

Nicky you are correct. It is the third adaptation of the play "Parfumerie." The first was the film "The Shop Around the Corner" and the second was the musical "In the Good Old Summertime." "You've got mail was the fourth."(I had to put the titles in quotes, because the computer I am on won't let me put the titles in italics)
I took my grandmother to this musical in February. I thought they did a great job. I am happy to see you went with Brenda and Katie. How fun!
