So, I must confess I spend an unhealthy amount of time on Pintrest. Pinning all sorts of great ideas. Today I realized what is the point of all of this pinning if I don't ever do anything I pin. So I decided to start with a simple pin. I have tons of squash in my garden so the timing was perfect. It was delicious and super easy I think it will become a summer favorite for sure.
